This easy to use tool will enable you to follow your progress with the Reward Diet™ Program. You can build any Subway sandwich and see how many calories, calories from fat, total fat and sodium your meal contains in order to fine-tune your diet plan and monitor your progress.

If you have a WordPress blog, you can install this handy tool free of charge in the matter of minutes. Here is how:


Installation:

Download subwaysandwichcalculator.txt to your computer.

Download: subwaysandwichcalculator.txt

Rename it to subwaysandwichcalculator.php. Fire up your favorite FTP client and upload it into the “plugins” folder of your WordPress installation.

Activate the plugin in your administration panel.

Configure the plugin in the options panel (under Subway Sandwich Calculator) to match the color scheme of your blog.

Download fwld_style_gen.txt to your computer.

Download: fwld_style_gen.txt

Rename it to fwld_style_gen.php. This time, place the file in the root directory of your server.

Note: This script will generate a cascading style sheet file named FWLDstyle.css the first time you launch the page. It will also appear in your root directory. If the first time you load the page and it appears scrambled that means that the script hasn’t had a chance to create the .css file. To fix the problem, just click refresh.

Next, place the following line where you would like the calculator to display:

Note: For WordPress-2.0-and-up users who are using the new rich-text editor – be sure to click the ‘html’ button to edit the page source directly. Otherwise WordPress may wrap code tags around the line which generates the calculator and it may not work.

Subway® periodically updates their data. We follow these changes and make adjustments accordingly. You won’t have to do anything on your side to keep your calculator up to date, since we take care of that on our end.
