The Benefits of Recording Your Calorie Intake While Dieting
If you are familiar with the way the Reward Diet(TM) Program works, then you know that we have a way for you to record sixteen different nutritional values including calories, fat, sugars etc. with calories being the most important of them all. Our system also allows you to set your goals when it comes to your daily calorie intake (for the record, you are also able to set your weight and body fat percentage targets as well).
Recording every meal and observing how you are fairing against your set goals has tremendous benefits. When I first came up with the idea of logging my meals in a database to be later retrieved in the form of color charts, I just wanted to make sure that I stayed on track and nothing more. As it turned out, this has produced an unforeseen result as well. I found myself looking at my charts every evening after recording all meals for that day and taking pleasure in knowing that I was staying within the limits that have proven to result in my losing weight. Before I knew it I was in race with myself trying to outdo myself.
It seems that seeing exactly what I was taking has been giving me extra motivation to stay with the program.
